OUR STORY:

The concept for this line of all natural BBQ Sauces, Marinades, Glazes and Rubs came out of a backyard BBQ. In 2003, "Cmac" and his friends started an annual BBQ as another excuse to cook great barbeque for their friends and families. This small backyard BBQ has morphed into a fun, yet competitive BBQ Cook-off with a dozen or so "Chefs" and over 100 of our closest family and friends. Always trying to feed their guests the best they can, but wanting to win the competition as well, the Chefs spend weeks and months prior to the big day in their kitchens working on what surely would be their best food ever.

The product line comprises of recipes from Cmac and the rest of the Chefs, with varying flavor profiles. From our backyard to your table...enjoy!
